Jason Bart guides each round gently, so you can drop out of your head and into real contact with another person. There’s no awkward silence, no pressure — just a structured, playful invitation to show up as you are.

Arrival from 6:50pm — a grounding welcome to settle in before we begin

Guided rounds of eye gazing, breath work, mindful listening, and connection prompts

A series of short one-on-one encounters with fellow attendees
